Very glad I found this service. I looked around alot and even though of purchasing them myself. This service saved me lots of time. They have such great communication and are very accommodating. I was able to take a vacation with the baby and push the service back by a month. I moving away and will definitely miss those service. The next company really has a high pedestal to reach. Pumpkin's Diaper Delivery Service is a fantastic service! I have used the service for a year and would continue using them except my circumstances have changed. Communication has always been quick, friendly, and helpful, and diaper delivery and pickup has always been on time and convenient. A great service if you are looking for an environmental option to diapering that supports a local company. It's been great not having to worry about the details of diapering, it's all taken care of!

My husband and I have been using Pumpkins Diaper Delivery since our son was born four weeks ago. We had wanted to use cloth diapers for the environmental benefits and have had friends cloth diaper with success. Fortunately we were gifted eight weeks of service and we could not be happier. The diaper service equates to roughly the same cost as disposable diapers as well as do-it-yourself cloth diapering when considering the labour, cost of laundry etc. We have also opted for the cloth wipes and I also recommend these to new parents. This service ensures that there is no 'diaper island' on our conscience! The service has been hassle-free and the quality of the diapers is great. I have heard that other diaper services diapers are tired and thin from use, but Pumpkin's are fluffy and do not give any rash or rubbing on my baby. Every staff that I have been in communication with have been great and the response times are fast! Obviously I am pleased with the service. I would recommend Pumpkins as a gift for new parents or as an alternative to disposable diapering.
Great service! We have been using pumpkins for almost 3 and a half months now and we absolutely love it. Such an easy service to use and fairly priced. Customer service is great, we contacted about running out of wipes before the next pick up day and this issue was promptly fixed and we haven't had a shortage since. Recently requested a bigger size to try and again the response was prompt. Love that I can be eco conscious while providing my baby with chemical free products. Thank you pumpkins!
Pumpkins Diaper Service has been wonderful to work with. From their easy drop off and pick up of diapers, to being available to answer questions about laundering my own shells, diaper fit and anything else I might be wondering, they have been absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend them, if you're considering cloth diapering!
