Love the guys here. Great to talk to and helped us figure out what colors to use, and were flexible with the proofs. They really know what their inks will look and feel like. The prints look and feel turned out great!

Beyond Awful service – I dropped off over 400 items to get printed, which I had an event for the following week that was stated twice before dropping off– they confirmed they can do this in the timeframe given – when I called upon the day of the event they said they were still working on them and they wouldn’t be done until the next day. I called the following morning and GORD had gotten on the phone and said they will call us when they are done – I had asked politely what approx time they would be done so I can plan to pick them up/arrange delivery – GORD interrupted me saying the same thing again – then when I tried speaking he cut me off and hung up on me. What kind of owner treats new clients like this, hangs up on them for an order HE missed the deadline for and cant even give a time for pickup the next day. Not even a phone calling saying the order is delayed – it had to take me to call to find out it didn’t get started till the end of the event day. I am sure this isnt how they treat there larger clients and must only be with the smaller ones, which is unfortunate. The event has passed and the items need to be shipped to the families across Alberta on our cost.
Gord and his Crew are Awesome. Always on time within budget and great quality. Seriously don't go anywhere else for any silk screening!! We had 1 issue in the last 4 years and they more than made up for it. Truly a pleasure to do business with.
