Mark was fantastic. He left the place in great condition, was very careful with the demolition and had great custom service. I would definitely hire him again, in fact, we are getting him to do some more demolition work for us in a few weeks. Highly recommend his services, really bent over to help us where ever we needed it.

Mark was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had an outdoor excavation job and Democo executed it flawlessly. Like with any project, we started by inviting a few demolition companies to come out and provide a quote. By far, Mark was the most thorough and patient when explaining the process, the options, and the costs involved. He happily came on-site multiple times to answer our never-ending questions. Mark went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable with how the excavation would be performed. To ensure a smooth project, we were happy to have Mark coordinate the required trades people for gas and plumbing - it meant less for us to worry about and it allowed Mark to schedule everything accordingly. The excavation job itself was completed on-time and according to the original quote. Mark treated our property with care and respect, performing the excavation while minimizing impact to the surrounding area. Mark is professional and a pleasure to work with. I recently had the pleasure of working with Mark and his crew at Democo. I had a fairly large demolition job, including an entire basement gut and removing an old two story garage. Mark was so great even staying at the house late one night when an unexpected issue came up. He was efficient and maintained a safe working environment for his staff and our neighbors. They were doing a demolition at the house across the back alley from our condo and dumped heavy equipment in our parking lot and damaged it. When I approached them and asked them about it, the worker was very rude. I would not recommend them to anyone, find someone else that has better customer service.
