Very happy with the outcome of our emergency dental appointment. We were fit in the same day and assessed. The staff were so attentive and friendly. We were reassured there would be no further concerns after the exam. Reasonable X-ray and exam fees. Thanks for being there when we needed you!

Everyone at this office is amazing and very kind! Easy going and well educated staff with excellent customer service and professional abilities. The only thing stopping me from giving a 5-star review is that it was a little disorganized when I was discharged after my wisdom teeth removal (ie, didn’t get an irrigation syringe, left behind paperwork) but to their defence it’s very difficult to properly communicate with someone when they’re heavily sedated. DO RECOMMEND!

First time with this Dentist and his team. I’m very, very happy with their work on my dental procedures. 4 fillings and 3 extractions, one would think there would be pain and suffering after the freezing expired. But no, only minor tingling of lips. The Dr. Explained his professional thoughts for remedies with my much needed oral hygiene procedures. I went with his recommendation and so far I’m glad I did. I’m so happy with the cost for this work done, it meets within my budge. My prayers were answered, a Dr. And team with skilled golden hands and little to no pain afterwards. Praise be to the Lord God of my soul.

I was looking for a dental office and thinking if dental implants. I thought my teeth were done. I made an appointment with Pro Grace Dentistry. Upon my first appointment and consultation with them, they informed me that it was only the front top and bottom teeth (4 in total for top and 4 on the bottom) needed to be done. The rest of my teeth were very strong. I got them done and got partial plates. I have never felt so comfortable and relaxed as there was hardly any pain. The whole staff looks after you very well. Thank you so much!!!

As a senior, I have fairly basic needs. The office provided the exact procedures I requested. Cleaning was very professional and gentle. I am very pleased.

Poor service. I received a call from this dentistry weeks ago asking me if I’d like to do a check up. The staff booked an appointment for me on Sunday which is Easter. When I realized it’s Easter I called them to see if I could move the appointment to Saturday. Here is the conversation: P: sorry Saturday is our day off Me: oh how about Friday P: also day off Me: well I have to work during weekdays. How late are you open? P: 7 Me: ok so which date is available for me to move my appointment to? P: April 22 Me: oh ok I’ll call you back when I’m free that day. Today is April 1st, you want to arrange this check up for me in 3 weeks? I didn’t request this service, you guys bothered me with your periodic callsok? I will never enter this dentistry for the rest of my life. I don’t owe you anything.

What can I say about my pals at ProGrace? There are no words that I can think of to accurately demonstrate my appreciation. I came in 2018 with the dream of a perfect smile, and a shot ton of cash burning a whole in my pocket. Scared, of course, because I have an irrational fear of the dentist - the prograce team immediately put me at ease, took the time to fully walk me through the process and essentially calmed my nerves every step of the way. I walked a way with a new set of choppers, and....dare I say a new set of friends?!? I have and will always be back and would 100% recommend this place to anyone who gives a dang about their oral hygiene. Staff 10/10 Bedside manner 10/10 Genuine care and interest in their patients 10/10 10’s across the board for the team who livens up the world of crowns and extractions with a sense of humour
