The store was not as crowded. Lots of parking. Got exactly what I went there for. This place is accessible for handicap. Place was clean and organized. Check-out staff was friendly. However, I am never able to get hold of any staff to help me out if I ever had a question on the floor. You will have to wait quite a bit to get help from the Service Desk. I think Princess Auto has to work in that aspects of customer service. But surplus parts are always great. I found a car charger for my phone for CAD2. In Amazon, same charger was CAD14.
Always has a good deal on something I DONT NEED but I buy anyways. Good tactics sales team.
Went there to pick up Christmas gifts with a list from the bf and when I asked for help as I have no idea where anything is in the store (first time there) I asked an employee and she kept telling me I needed to bring in a number to find the product that I was looking for- i asked her to look in her computer and she told me she needs the number.... and just telling her what I was looking for (like the item name) wouldn’t help.... she was so rude that I felt I would NEVER shop in this store again- however that changed when a wonderful girl named Emily helped me out and found what I was looking for - without a number. She is the only reason why I will go back to the store. Thank you Emily for being so helpful. You really made shopping there better
One of the nicest Princess Autos I've been in. Well organized and you can find everything you need easily. Staff is helpful if you can't find what you're looking for. The store is clean. The only negative thing I can say is I had a hard time figuring out how to get to the parking lot coming west down 114th Ave from Stoney Trail. I eventually found my way in.. I got what I needed and headed to the till which is conveniently on the way out. The store in the Ne Calgary; you have to walk to the tills like in a cattle shoot.. The South is a 5 Star Store!
