Premium Renovations with Dave and his team came highly recommended to Build our custom dream home. Dave Blunt stood by us during the permit, planning, design and construction phases of our brand new family home. Dave and his team were professional, experienced and reliable. The results were an on-time and budget conscious project. I felt confident that my brand new home would be a quality built home in every aspect. They truly exceeded my expectations. Dave hired excellent subcontractors who were courteous, tidy and respectful on site. Andrew, site supervisor was a trusted and knowledgeable source of information and advice for me, even after the project was completed. Customer service from the beginning, during and after the project was excellent. It was a pleasure working with Dave and his team at Premium Renovations and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to custom build or renovate their home.

It was a complicated and difficult renovation but Dave from Premium Renovations and his crew did a fantastic job. I was impressed with the level of organization and attention to details and Dave was careful to keep us informed of the progress and managed to stay on budget for the quoted work. I would strongly recommend Premium Renovations as your first choice for home improvements.
We reviewed three building companies for a major renovation to a 1970's home and Premium Renovations was our number one pick. From the start Dave Blunt's manner and integrity set him above the rest and throughout the renovation his conduct did not waiver. Dave, and the trades associated with him, were great to work with, proud of their work and highly skilled. Premium delivered a high quality renovated house that we are very proud of and enjoy everyday.
We have used Premium Renovations on 2 different projects - 20 years apart and both times we have been very impressed with the professionalism and the quality of the work. We did interview other companies for the second reno but came back to Premium . We had a complete basement gut and reno including a new bathroom and the results exceeded our expectations.The other companies did not listen to what we wanted but rather forced their vision on us. Premium listened to what the family needed, they were honest about the length of time and there were no surprises in the budget. All the trades took great pride in their work and we missed them when the work was over. Dave Blunt was a delight to work with. We highly recommend Premium for any home renovations.
