Ordered 10,000 "UV Protected" exterior door labels from this company and labels all started to fade within 10 months of use. Was told by 2 staff members that this was a junior sales persons mistake for not ordering them correctly and not explaining the red colors would later become an issue. It took over 2 years back and forth with company staff to even get that answer. I then filed a complaint with owners and found they would NOT stand behind their product and blamed us for not using the 10,000 labels in a shorter period of time and said all red labels fade quickly. Not a good company to deal with and would not suggest anyone use them for any exterior based UV protected door or window labels.
When I first came to Precision Label, after trying a couple other companies that didn't quite cut it, I was lucky enough to find Keith Dreary who really went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to rebrand my organic baby food.
