Very friendly place. Relaxing music before start. Headphones and earplugs. Probably due to COVID, people were seated far from each other. Overall, I got a very good experience (especially after reading all these complaints in reviews)

Absolutely abhorrent experience. Their communication skills are the same as half a dead goldfish. They refuse to escalate important issues to managers. They refuse to issue refunds even after they themselves have sent a confirmation of cancellation with full refund email as evidence. They use intimidation tactics and harassment techniques as a means to encourage people to book multiple tests and then subsequently scam them out of hundreds of dollars. Their test Centers are as organized as the fyre festival with employees that lack basic manners and courtesy. I am ashamed to have given my business to them. After 6 weeks of back and forth I’m still waiting on my refund. My calls and emails are intentionally being ignored.
Difficult to identify the place. There needs to be a map or sign indicating where to go once you enter the building.
It was good.
People are sitting so close to eachother. There was this native speaker behind me who finished everything faster than anyone else. So when we were in middle of reading part, he started his speaking part and i was completly distracted. He was talking so loud and ear plugs didnt help either. I think this test is so unfair. Its waste of money and not fair to anyone else if they are unlucky and there a native speaker in the room taking exam too. I can say, staff were very nice and helpful but the place was not a good place for exam. Headphones need to be noise canceling !!!
My experience here was pretty okay. It’s just kinda difficult finding the location (it’s right in the Calgary Tower on the 2nd floor)
If you're looking for Precision Solutions CELPIP testing location, this is NOT the place. That's downtown under the Calgary Tower. I was not the only person who mistakenly arrived here on a Saturday morning for the test to find this place closed and the correct location elsewhere.
People are sitting too close to each other, with 80% or space being unused. It makes it very uncomfortable when some start speaking loadly, while others still do their listening. Very distracting
