This company seems to make its money on false promises and doing the job so poorly so they can keep charging people for unfinished jobs. I would highly recommend looking at the 1 star reviews since they seem to be the most honest about this company I feel the 5 star reviews were made by staff and friends of staff. Many other pest companies offer a guarantee so don't even waste your time with this company since they are nothing more than common crooks

Excellent experience! We went to the Calgary Alberta location. There was some confusion with my father in laws ID, so he was having some trouble buying the bulk rat poisen. However, they were able to sort it quickly and efficiently! Keep it up guys. Will go back for sure if I ever needs to get rid of some critters. 5 stars. Great experience.
The lines of your bed go to the floor and there they will remain, some electrical parts will remain without returning to their position. What they move will not return to its position. I was controlling more pests with commercial insecticides and without having a bad time when I returned to my place
We had them out 2 times in red deer and they don't give a guarantee like other companies also the 2nd visit the guy was only at the house for 30 mins. Bahaha this company is a joke. Look at all of these 1 star complaints and look at the responses. Trying to act like nothing is their fault and not taking responsibility for anything. I highly suggest looking at the many 1 star reports they have had since the 5 stars all seem to be fake and made by employees or friends of employees.
They were wonderful. My problem was solved.
We had a infestation of bed bugs, there were two treatments, the first one they informed us that we were not to return for 6 hours and because of our kids 24 hours, when you walked into our home you could smell the pesticide they sprayed so we knew the first treatment around the baseboards was completed, but none of our furniture was sprayed, so after 2 weeks our second treatment was supposed to happen and I entered the home and smelled no pesticide and nothing was rearranged and when I called the receptionist informed me that the pesticide has no smell, which it did the first time, and the bed bugs are still around. Poor quality work
If possible would give this pest control service 0 stars. They start of as nice people and tell you all these wonderful things you want to hear. Once you hire them it is a completely different ball game! They are complete scams. Definitely 110% do not recommend them at all. You’re better off finding a different company or doing pest control on your own!!
Have a "Pocket Gopher" issue out here in Springbank and the little critter is making quite a mess of my backyard. Kim who took my call really knew her stuff, was great to deal with and were able to send a tech out the same day. James (the tech dude) was terrific, very helpful explaining the situation and went on with the job. So far so good, excellent service.
