Adam from Pete the Plumber was recommended the right man to replace my cracked porcelain undermount sink. I'd previously phoned everywhere and few plumbers would do this type of work and it was going to be complex through multiple companies. But Adam from Pete the Plumber came with the right sink and had the old one removed and new one in and plumbed in within an hour and a half he was out the door. Because he was so efficient, the cost was far less than any other Plumber quoted. He did a phenomenal job, was polite and courteous and cleaned up on his way out. I would highly recommend him and Pete the Plumber to those Calgarians out there.

Pete's team and I had a bit of a miss-communication on some work they did for me so I reached out to Pete directly to talk it through. Pete took the time to listen to my concerns and came up with a solution that worked for both of us. There is nothing greater in customer service then a fair result for everyone. We went in to look into a new hot water tank. They staff was really friendly and helpful. Our questions were answered and we have our appointment books and we know the cost all in. We were only in the store for 15 minutes. The process was so easy
