We have been coming here for years. With many choices around us, (that are even quite a bit closer to our home) we have always come back to Paws for all of our pet's needs. The selection is great, but really it comes down to the customer service here which has always been excellent. We are always greeted with very polite, cheerful and helpful staff. It seems the same people have been working here for a long time and low turnover is often a good indicator of a positive environment to work in. Love this place!!

This pet store has the best selection of pet beds I have ever seen! I have purchased 6 pet beds here. They have cat beds from the Meow foundation and the bed proceeds are donated to the kitties. They even special ordered me a Bowsers replacement bolster and the exact Bowsers bed colour I was looking for (micro suede blush pink donut bed). Very comfy, high quality beds sold here, my dogs and cats love their beds!
This local establishment has the best selection of pet food products, toys, and accessories. Their prices are very fair and less expensive than the corporate shops like Pet Smart/Pet Land. Paws carries the specific cat food at the lowest price in the city (Rawz). The staff are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about all products. If you have a pet and want to support a local business, Paws is the place to go!
I love shopping at this store. I am always greeted cheerily by the staff and asked immediately if I could use some help finding something. The staff is knowledgeable and warm. I just got my first dog a few weeks ago and have come to depend on the people here to help me choose what I need for my puppy.
I don’t review places often, but I do like to when the service is excellent. I was looking up the address today and realized I haven’t yet. I’ve been visiting this location for a few years now whenever I’m in the area and I find all the girls very pleasant to deal with. The manager, Kayla, has always been a delight with her expert knowledge and experience for us. Recently she helped my husband pick out a litter box side table that looks great in our living room. I also highly recommend the Ziwi, it’s one of my furbabies favorites. Thank you for your great customer service girls, and always helping us pick out a new treat for our cattos.
