I truly love it here. Both my parents get their glasses done here, and I do as well. I love the styles they have, staff was super helpful and kind. The employee who helped my mom and I the other day was Gurpreet. Very polite, and helped me get what I was looking for. Prices were reasonable for high-end brands.

My daughter had an appointment at Optiko, she mentioned that everyone was great and very helpful. They even honoured me with a price for my daughters contact lets just say I was very thankful for that. I could use the help with all the Covid-19 crises going on , every penny I can save helps my family. So thank you so much. Side note, She had mentioned that this was on of the most cleanest clinic she been to thus far, I would have to agree! Thank You!
We were just there purchased a 500.00 eyewear. I am not sure why we got rolling eyes from the sales people. Maybe it was too inconvenient providing "customer service". We regret spending our money here and will never come back.
Extremely happy with the service provided by Dr. Glen! He took extra time and patience to ensure I was satisfied with my prescription before leaving the office. Would highly recommend them and their prices are very reasonable.
Reception is not warm and welcoming. They make you feel like they are the customer instead of treating you as one. The exact feeling is, they don't want you there. New training on customer service and attitude towards customers is needed. The optometrist is very professional and thorough.
I recently purchased a set of prescription glasses from a young gentleman, I believe his name was Mamoon, told me he was new but he was very knowledgeable with his product. Excellent choice of eyewear, the best in the city. They carry all the high end brands like Montblanc, Dita, Tom Ford etc. I have been getting my glasses done from here since last 7 years. The service is always good they do there best to get you your new glasses in a shortest time possible.
