Paul accompanied me to a home inspection recently, and proved to be extremely valuable and honest. His extensive knowledge of building homes meant that he could provide me with accurate information on what to expect in regard to cost and ease of repairs. He was quick to point out issues such as a sewage gas leak, poly-B pipes, and insufficient attic vents. He gave me realistic options of repairing issues and allowed me to make an informed decision. I would hands down recommend Paul for anyone looking to renovate or build their home!

Avoid at all costs. What he says and what he does are 2 different things. Failed to install the water lines under the footings in our new build and we had to run heat trace on lines to prevent freeze up. Once he is questioned on his work he gets defensive. He terminated his contract once we started asking those questions. After he left we found additional problems. We had to run a separate In Floor heat system in the bathroom area because he didn't realize that their had to be a heat source in each room. ( could have ran a separate line off the boiler we had already installed but he advised plumber not to.) He advised us that the air ex-changer would be sufficient. He was wrong. As soon as building inspections started failing he ran from the job and blamed us and said we were to difficult. Good news is the building is beautiful once we took over the completion and fixed his errors. Oh and watch your bills he will not be giving his discounted cost.
Paul is amazing. We got a quote to fix a broken septic pipe from another company. It was going to cost us 2000 and Paul came out to see what the problem was and had it fixed the next day for waaaay less. I couldnt believe it. He is a life saver. I'm so happy and grateful words just can't Express. Paul you are a beauty. Thank you so very much.
Amazing workmanship. Our home is beautifully designed and strong like a tank. We highly recommend Paul and his team.
