Going to be honest here, you get what you pay for, this is dial up in the future let's all remember, The internet works For people in a pinch that need internet for a job, it works great when you buy your own router. Now the downfalls are, yes it isn't the fastest and honestly what can you expect. Also he customer service side of things is absolutely horrendous, make sure you have your ducks in a row with this company or you will have problems. But end all be all I spend 25 bucks a month for wifi after I bought a amazing router, would I change anything ? No because I know if I have to call customer service they wouldn't give a damn anyways ahahha The lan line option for 6 dollars is kinda great if you can't afford a cellphone at the moment tho so its very affordable but be ready to pay with time when you have to deal with any sort of employee

This is bandwidth. Not cable. Therefore making sure they understand your request is paramount. They didn't understand me and I didn't understand them. I would not be able to give a fair review as I cancelled before I got started. They don't provide cable service
