We had a terrific dinner here. The food was prepared well and delicious. We had a few cocktails that were also done quite well. The timing of everything was perfect and all-in-all, it was a great dinner. The only room for improvement was perhaps the service. It was good, but nothing to write home about. Perhaps a little more personality and enthusiasm. Generally though, highly recommended.

Went for a last dinner out last evening and was disappointed. Started with the Calamari and it was very good, perfectly crisp and wonderful sauce. I had the Duck breast and the duck was slightly overdone and very tough/rubbery. Potato Galette was fantastic but could not get past the poor quality of the duck breast. My wife had the seafood Risotto, the Muscles were off and the Risotto itself was not creamy and in fact was under done and borderline crunchy. Free dessert was provided because of the off Muscles but we expect better. When in person dining returns the Menu needs a refresh, the current menu is less than inspired.
Food was delicious and service was great. We especially enjoyed the pork belly dish. The kale salad was very fresh and complemented the pork belly dish very well. While the wagyu burger was okay, the lamb was very tender and super tasty!
First time at this restaurant, ABSOLUTELY delicious! Flavors amazing, wonderful presentation! Waiter very knowledgeable on the dishes. Everyone wearing masks and protecting customers during the pandemic, 50% capacity seating. We had the chicken and cod, both were delicious! Only negative was the prices were a tad higher than most fine dining restaurants out there... but it was good portion sizes and amazing taste. We would go back for a special occasion!
First time eating at NOtaBLE, my friend treated me for my birthday dinner after going out for the first time since the pandemic and wow, what an amazing experience. The service was outstanding, our server Terry was so pleasant, polite and made the experience outstanding. I ordered the Rosemary Grilled Alberta Lamb, had an amazing cocktail, had wine at dinner and the dessert was just the icing on the cake. I want to just say a big thank you and also thank you for making sure all the customers were safe during this time.

We loved the unique options and our meals had great presentation and were delicious. Our waitress, Terri, was very knowledgeable, attentive and personable. We look forward to our next visit.
I give a 4/5 for this restaurant. It takes about 2 weeks for a family reservation. If on your own you usually can walk in. The food tastes great, has wonderful service, very clean and looks great. I just find the cost for the portions of food you get not well.
