Living in the building for 7 months going on 8, and it is 15 minute walk to certain banff trail, 12 minute walk to u of c, 12 minute walk to foothills hospital. Building manager Naveen is very accommodating and just genuinely nice. When things open up the gym facility is awesome. Not the best parking for full sized trucks but thats true everywhere. Sound deadening isn't the best either.

The manager of the building, Naveen is great. He is very nice and handles everything very fast. The maintanance staff is also very fast and respectful.
Maintenance on the property is fast and efficient. The maintenance person was pleasant and polite.
worst building I have ever been to, the administration ignored my complaint many times, really a nightmare. homeless people roam the area at night, no security (forget what they tell you). high turn over in this building as people does not like to stay there for long. as one review said above, they would pretend the unit you are renting is the last one and you have to take it and pay deposit, cheap trick. the building administration is total failure and the building is really old and not well aerated. Also, you are not allowed to put your bike or items in the balcony, this caused my two bikes to be stolen as I had to leave them down locked to the bike rack. The area is not secure and drug heads and homeless literally try car doors and steal bikes. not safe.
Suites are nice and most admin and rental assistants are great. There are a few employees who are lacking empathy and people skills but I am sure they will improve eventually to company standards. Would have given a higher rating however I was charged full rent and insurance the month after I had moved out which was inconvenient as I went to access my account and was missing a huge chunk of my money...
