They did a great job with my dog and were done very quickly, Debbie whom I booked my appointment with and was there when I came in was very friendly and helpful. To add they took their covid precautions serious and have a system with dropping off your pet which was great. Thanks for doing a great job!

I am extremely disappointed with this business. They are my neighbourhood groomer and we have gone three times. Last week I took my dog there, I got a phone call from the owner that he had burrs in his fur. A few hours later when I picked him up the owner suggested I may want to take him to the vet. When she got him from the back he could not walk on one leg. She held up his leash which had been chewed through and reluctantantly went and got a leash from the lost and found. She charged me full price...two vet visits and 550 in bills later I left a message for the owner, trying to understand the full story of what had happened. Two days later she still has not returned my call. This owner is clearly completely unprofessional and only out for money. Unless you want your dog to have an extreme anxiety attack with no understanding as to why DO NOT visit this shop.
