Finally got a chance to visit Monroe's.. Was in a hurry and had only a coffee and baked pumpkin spice muffin. Definitely will go again to try some food. Lots of parking and a high counter to get the coffee and muffin. Nice warm ambience with friendly good staff.
We've been eating here since it opened and you do have to check it out. Everything is great: from the delicious homemade food to the friendly service and modern retro vibe atmosphere you won't be disappointed. Did I mention the pie? .Now I'm worried I won't be able to get a seat at lunch!
Update (11/28/2017): Old menu gone; new owners. They've become an over priced hotdog and sandwich shop. New kid on the block bringing that home cooked feeling to the breakfast/lunch table. Prices are average but the food is above average.
Update: New owners. All they serve now is overpriced hotdogs and bunwiches. Delicious homemade food. They really care about what they serve and it shows. The ceasar salad had homemade dressing and freshly cooked bacon as a topping. Would highly recommend!
