This is great studio! I love all the classes that they have. I have tried different classes but my favorites are Pilates Equipment and Mat. They are really caring people, so relaxing vibe. Clean studio, nice facilities, free parking. All the best to you guys.

Excellent place to do Pilates. Very friendly and qualified instructors. The studio is very good located and clean. They have all the Pilates equipment classes plus Yoga and Barre. I highly recommend it!
Mindcore pilates studio is absolutely superb in every way. The space is bright and clean, the equipment is new and beautiful, and the instructors are skilled, encouraging and friendly. I enjoy each and every class and have made some wonderful friendships. I have had very positive results in flexibility, balance, overall strenght and fitness. I faced a very serious health issue a couple years ago and credit Pilates and Barre classes with helping in my recouvery. Thank you Mindcore!
This is AWESOME !!! This place is really what I've been looking for so long !!!, the instructors are great , they are dedicated to their clients, the classes are so enjoyable , I feel I get the benefits I was looking for my body, I have more strength, more balance, energy,and better posture !!!
This studio is amazing! So much natural light, small class sizes, new equipment and an owner that is always smiling, thank you Karina for the studio tour. Your space is inviting and peaceful. Karimar your mat class was fun and just the right pace. Next time we use the magic circles right ;) If you are considering this studio you might want to know: - free 2 hour parking (some is even underground so no brushing the snow off your car when you're done class) - they have great prices on Into Offers and a space for kids to play while you 'play' in your class (this might need to be booked in advance) - there are lockers for your personal belongings and peace of mind - they also sell a few clothing items that are reasonably priced and good quality so don't forget to look around while you are there If you are lucky enough to live or work in this area you need to call today!
