Store is nicely laid out and has a number of demo machines. Decent selection of Xbox games. There is a demo theatre in the back of the store that they often run gaming competitions on. Support is offered through the MS retail stores but you need to prebook an appointment. In my experience walking in to see if you can get some help typically means you get advised to come back later with an appointment time slot. Techs are generally pretty good here.

Always have good experience when I'm there. They make sure my issue is solved or give me advice when I go home to fix it. They are also very informative and help me understand.
After spending some time at the store with Victoria Caroline i had to leave a review as the level of customer service i received simply astonished me. Not only did she fully listen and understand my wants and needs, she pointed me in the direction of products that not only fulfilled my wants but also exceeded my needs as well as budget requirements. Microsoft Chinook have earned themselves a customer for life! thank you so much Victoria!
The store is great and a completely different experience compared to Apple. I like the atmosphere a lot more and the staff are friendly. There's plenty of tech to try out which is a major plus. I still don't like the limited selection for surface. I don't want to overpay (300 difference) for storage when I can get TB hard drives on my desktop and 400gb sdcards. I could expand my Surface with a beefy 256gb UHS-II sdcard with the same money. I really don't understand why they don't include the keycover anymore like why backtrack when you have offered it before. What an obvious cash grab. I had to buy a black surface (i7) anyway because it looks freaking sexy. I would buy a black, i5, 128gb if I could but that's never going to happen (I confirmed with a US Microsoft rep). The new surface pen was terrible for drawing lines (the diagonal jitter is annoying) so I got a Wacom Bamboo Ink instead. After buying my surface I purchased Microsoft Complete with no issues (150). I will update this review if I ever need to claim warranty.
The staff were extremely helpful, very professional and just generally nice people. Solved all my problems and gave me lots of good tips. Highly recommend coming if you need any help with your device or need something new!
There is always someone knowledgeable available. They do prefer that customers make appointments before they walk in … makes no sense. It’s a walk-in retail store!
I've been watching this store since it opened, saving as much as I could on a part time student budget. I finally got my Surface Go either on Black Friday or Boxing Day - I can't remember which - and my entire experience so far has been great. You can bargain with the sales people - just don't be a greedy pos! Make sure they make something from the deal because they're actually extremely kind people. I f'ed up my charger too, just yesterday, and this very sweet young curly haired sales man was incredibly kind, understanding, and took the charger from me before giving me a brand new one! I'm sure that if I went in there acting like a B than he wouldn't have been so inclined. My point is, be kind to these people. They are hardworking, know the product, and are willing to do deals if you're not a horrible human being and can draw a line between a deal and greed - these people need to eat too. Extremely professional, reasonable, helpful, kind staff with excellent reliable products. P.S. Get the extended warranty, not because you necessarily need it but it helps the person who helps you and it helps the company to grow as well.
I like the demo setup. Gives you a good hands on before buying. I think the staff here works for commission as they hawk on anyone entering their store. I feel sale pressure when I enter this store.
