Went there to pick up a ring that i ordered, the lady at the door was super nice. Then i was assigned to a Asian salesman, had to signed some documents. I asked him if he know what date is it today, and he replied but not sure if it's because the barrier they set up there or he was wearing a mask so i can't hear what said. So i told him 'sorry, can you say that again?', he replied and i still can't hear it. So i leaned closer to the barrier and asked him if he can say it again, finally i was able to hear clearly this time because he was kind of shout it out. Then i looked at him cause i was shocked, and i can tell by his face that he was SUPER impatient. Sorry i might have bad hearing but i don't appreciate his attitude at all. This is like the worst customer service experience ever.

I was waiting outside respectfully for someone to let me in although there was no customer inside at all. The East Indian look girl saw me waiting, and then she turned her back to me to ignore my existing. Finally the Asian salesman came to the front. I told him I was looking for a 1 carat or plus diamond ring, preferably catered so that I can pick my own certified diamond. I have done all my research, now I am just shopping around to find the best offer. Please just be honest if you rarely offered this high end products instead of playing snobbish, and lecturing me about the difference of diamond's certificates as if I hardly afford one. Unfortunately I never got a chance to be let in, and I could no longer bear their lousy attitude. I had to walk away. I have never experienced this extremely unprofessional customer service.

I cannot remember her name but earlier this year, maybe in May 2019, a tall older woman with light red hair with a bob cut helped my husband and I pick out a beautiful diamond halo sapphire teardrop-cut ring. She was very patient, gave us space, wasn't pushy, was soft spoken, and very understanding about pricing. She still works there, as we saw her at Chinook Mall last month. I would highly recommend speaking with her for a great experience. She's a very nice lady. Thank you!

What a delightful location. Went in to look around and was helped by Shae. What a kind, generous and personable young lady. I enjoyed that she was interested in helping without being pushy or presumptuous. I didn't end up finding something quite yet as I'm just starting my Christmas shopping, but noted some styles I will likely be back to pick up later. Will definitely ask for Shae.

Usually kids and last minute Christmas shopping are a horrible idea. This was the situation I found myself in and miraculously, due in no small part to a warm hearted Polish accented lady in this shop (did not catch her name), my children were able to select a gift for their mother without any hassle at all! She realized quickly that the two little ones standing at the display case were serious decision makers with discerning taste and immediately took great care to show them ideas that reflected what was in their minds. Even when there was discord between the two little ones, she was able to keep them bot calm and broker Peace. She even made sure to give them a good price on their gift for their mother. Impressive, as I would not think that most jewellers would have the patience to calmly deal with minors shopping for their mother. It was much appreciated and their mother really loved the gift too! Merry Christmas!

Uneducated staff. Quoted me 20 for a bracelet repair, charged me 60. There were no extra repairs other than what I originally requested; no reason to charge extra.

Huge shout out to Shaista (Shay) for being so wonderful and helpful. We just wanted to browse options because we didn't see anything that popped out as "the one" for my hubby to be at any of the competitor jewelers. (And my guy has particular tastes!) After talking to us for a bit, Shay was able to narrow down our likes and dislikes and found us the perfect ring. She went over and beyond to help us with sizing, warranty, and she even ordered a ring in for him to try on, no strings attached. She was informative, educational, and personable. We ended up finding the perfect ring for him, a bridal band for myself, and a necklace for my momma bear who is my maid of honour. Very pleased with the whole experience. Shay is awesome and really knows her stuff with jewelry. The biggest pro was that she wasn't pushy or aggressive like some jewelry store associates tend to be. Even if we didn't decide to purchase anything today, I would go back and specifically ask for Shay for help with any future purchases. Which is awesome because years ago, this location was not very welcoming and I had quite a negative experience with a male employee. I am so excited for our items to arrive in store and thank you Shay for making this such a low stress, fun, and memorable experience. You da best!!!!
