We had an absolutely amazing experience with Melanson during our basement reno. They and their team were beyond awesome to deal with, everyone was professional and kind and were patient and friendly with our dogs, and anytime we brought something up it was answered/handled immediately. They were also flexible with our shiftwork schedule and blacking out days so we were able to sleep for nightshift. Our reno also finished on time, minus a couple items that were unavailable and had to be installed as they became available, which is not a big deal. Thank you guys!

When we set out to develop our basement we were hesitant, as so many people told us they never enjoy using their basement. The Melanson Team didn’t just give us a “ basement”, they created an amazing new living space we never dreamed we could have. Their customer service, collaborative design approach, quality trades and professionalism is second to none. They were a pleasure to work with and we hope to work with them again for future home renovations.

We were looking to do a small Kitchen Reno, we met Jeff and Brad at a Home and Garden show. We had very specific questions like time lines and cost, they were very up front and made us feel very comfortable. The whole process was so easy, every one was very patient as we changed our minds (of course) more than once. Jeff and Brad listened to all of our ideas and came up with solutions to make them work and stay on budget. In the end our small Kitchen is exactly what we wanted, beautiful and functional. We highly recommend this company We are very happy with our full home renovation by Melanson Homes & Renovations. Jeff, Brad and Leslie-Ann are very professional as well as knowledgeable in their field. This was our first time renovating and we had a ton of questions throughout the entire process which were all answered timely and truthfully. The entire process from start to finish was extremely well organized and streamlined. We loved their use of the Buildertrend app which allowed us to see where we were in the process from week to week as well as an overview of our material/product selections and budget. Their devotion to excellence is truly admirable. They were meticulous about every detail of our renovation and nothing went unnoticed or missed. These guys have renovations down to a science which allowed them to stay on time during our project. This, as we’ve come to learn from other’s experiences, is almost unheard of, especially in a full home renovation. We will continue to recommend them to anyone we know looking to build or renovate.
