I gave them a project worth 15000 USD. They were very courteous and polite before taking the money. They promised me 3 months time to complete the website. They kept delaying and making excuses from first month when they were to show their first draft. I kept patience but finally after 5 months lost my head. I got a call from India that these guys had outsourced the whole project for 2000 USD to some small freelancer who said if I give him the project directly he will work for me since these guys are refusing to pay him too. It is really shocking. I have reported these guys to all authorities. Stay from these scammers.
