I’ve had two laser peels done with Shams and I’m happy with the results so far. She is such a pleasure to deal with and experienced. Medi Derm has reasonable pricing and they offer deals on their variety of services. I’ll definitely be back and I highly recommend these clinics!

I had poor service at this location with the Technician a number of times. She is always shows up late, longer that 30 mins at times. She does not respect the time of the busy downtown professionals. I have had this happen to me 3 times with this Spa at both their Bow Valley and Banker's hall location. The last time when she was over 30 mins late, I decided to walk out and call her out on this unprofessional behavior. She then talked me into re-booking, a few days before my appointment she phoned and informed me that she discussed with the \Dr. aka her husband\ and won't be treating me as I was disrespectful. You don't want to be called out on your behavior, show up on time and apologize for your extreme lateness. Perhaps some time management skills would benefit.
Love this place! Doctor is very competent and they don't try to oversale you treatment you don't need. I highly recommend this place!
I went to the 8th Avenue Place premier clinic for a Frac3 and Laser Peel with Shams Surani and am extremely impressed! I am a male in his 40s and previously went to a different clinic for about 8 treatments over the years and so glad I switched to here. Shams attention to detail with the laser was amazing, she got every little area of my face and neck and hairline with absolutely nothing missed. She did not rush the procedure and gave great aftercare instructions etc. I can tell a huge difference already in my face and it has healed well. I will be back 100% from now on to this clinic.
I have been going to Medi Derm Spa for the past 5 years at their various locations. The service is always amazing and the locations are very beautiful. I recently had a Silk Peel and it was so relaxing- I especially loved the hot towel. They really take their time to make you feel special.
