I just moved here and I absolutely love this place. The community itself is very pet-friendly and environmental...I was super impressed with the careful planning that went into it like having a community garden, dog run, fitness centre and recycling/ waste facilities. The property is also really well managed also, the managers Larissa and Hayden are on top of things and very responsive and helpful to any questions or concerns that I’ve had so far! They always have people either cleaning the parking lot or sidewalks, or rooftops or whatever is needed for maintenance and upkeep. The suite space itself was well thought as well with amazing appliances and a huge beautiful granite kitchen counter top, which I love️ So much! Underground parking and animal lovers as neighbours make it the best condo complex ever.

The property management at this place is the worst! Do not move here . Their response times are awful and they don’t put their tenants first.
We love this complex! Easy access, friendly neighbours, great layout units and decent size patios! Heated underground parking makes it very comfortable in winter!
best value after comparing other apartments in the area. more kitchen space and better layouts.
