If i was anybody i would not order anything from marks right now. They send the wrong boot for our order and will not do anything until they are open and able to exchange or refund

Horrible customer service at your St. Catharines, Vansickle rd location. I wanted to check to see if they had my size of ladies work boot in stock. Was told to check the stock online. I told them another store told me to call to check and see. They transferred me over to a guy who said “I’m not authorized to do customer checks at the moment” ..... I just wanted them to check and see if they had my work boot INSTOCK as I live 45 minutes from that location. Very disappointed.... Called another location and they had no problem checking stock for me

funny how boots in the 80s lasted for over 10 years.... but your 350 boot.... cant do 2..... quality \u003e ceo bonuses.... rather shop at walmart at this point....

Horrible customer service during COVID-19. On hold for 25 minutes only to have customer service rep unable to solve my issue with a refund when items were returned to their warehouse 2 weeks ago. I will NOT buy from this company again. Unfortunate when I thoroughly support Canadian Business in my daily transactions.
