Just wanted to send you a quick email about how satisfied we are with our experience at your shop last Friday. My wife has never been happier with her boots and the adjustments you made on them for her, she thought she was going to have to get a new pair, but with the adjustments, she is back in love with them, thank you. And for myself, I had no intentions of walking out of there with a new pair of ski’s, but with Lou’s guidance and professional opinion, I found myself on the ski hill yesterday just LOVING the new R8’s that he recommended for me. So easy to turn and made me look like I knew what I was doing on the hill. You have made customers for life, and we will be back sooner then later, should get some helmets, we are still going downhill old school in toques. And if anyone asks, Lou’s Performance Shop is the only place to go. Thanks again Boy’s!!
Having arrived a split hair before closing, Lou had the patience and kindness to not only stay and help us through buying skis, but since we were in a pickle and needed the skis ready for the next day (we were only skiing for two days) he sold us the skis at an incredible discount because they'd been tried out before, and then also stayed after hours to set the bindings and test them. I'm very grateful, and I've had a lovely time skiing. 10/10
2021 great ski season with Lou's equipment support. While the 2019 ski season was brought to an abrupt halt , I sure enjoyed the tune on my high performance skiis. What a tremendously helpful place this is. Brett was super knowledgeable and knew just what to do about fitting my ski boots around a bunion. I found out it's more painful to ski in oversized boots to accommodate a bunion than to fit them properly and push out a custom space. They're incredibly professional in the abilities they have to make your equipment fit you properly. Lou is also absolutely integral to his shop and they have one of a kind equipment to stress test your skis and bindings. Thanks Lou! 2021 Lou to the rescue, repunched my boots , thx

Just wanted to send a big shout out to Lou and his team . I have been struggling with foot pain for years to the point where I would not go skiing as a function of that scenario.Heard about Lou , visited and he took time to evaluate my issues , put me in the right pair of boots, checked and double checked twice on two separate appointments to ensure it was the right fit and after 25 years of pain , it was all gone but then again how can any one compare to a trained professional with a masters in biomechanics. I'm so thankful to have found this ski shop. Today Flo helped me and fitted me for the ONLY ski boots that have ever fit me properly in all my life of skiing. He was patient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this store.
Excellent service! A boutique store with a pleasant and professional atmosphere, mainly due to the staff who are very helpful. Skiing is their business. Boot fitting is taken seriously, and is done methodically and with expertise. Lou and gang were able to get a boot to fit my driftwood'esque feet, and unusually high arch. During my second fitting, after the boot shell was modified to suit my feet's peculiarities, the fit was remarkably improved. Boots, skis, binders, transceiver, probe, shovel, I got all of it from Lou's Performance Center. "If you want to see it, support it." These folks are the real deal.
