I work for a Law office in Toronto. I had approached these guys for a service required in alberta. They Royally messed up everything. When my initial emails went to them i got a reply from someone named Vanessa who initially didnt have a clue asto what the documents were. After 3 back n forth emails it was explained to her what was requested. 4 Days later i call back to ask for an update and Vanessa on the phone says she wasent even in the office and that someones been using her emails. After pointing out the specefic email to her. she later on deflected by saying she cant see anything in the email and hence the service was not completed. A complete lie. There were attachments to the file and everything was explained to her specefically over the phone how this was a time sensitive matter. Her only reply to me. I DONT KNOW WHO U TALKD TO I DONT KNOW WHAT VANESSA SENT THE EMAIL. I WAS NOT IN FRIDAY. So i guess its my fault i contacted you guys in the first place. Thank you. now i have a disgruntled client whose as amazed as i am with the unprofessionalism shown.
My situation was more difficult than most. However, the services provided by Sheila were professionally handled. I will be a returning client.
