Abysmal customer service from the online store. I ordered a toque, it was returned to the shipper due to "No Safe Drop" whatever that means. It's now in Ontario, but showing as sold out on their system so I can't reorder. Nor can I get it re-shipped, even though it's sitting in another province. The "best" they can do is refund me. So I don't get my product and my refund will only be for the item itself, NOT THE SHIPPING for the item that I NEVER RECEIVED. So Lids just made 14.99 without lifting a finger. The agent I spoke with told me there was no one else I could speak to. Do not buy from this company unless you're feeling generous and want to part with 15 just for kicks.

Went to Build A Bear at Chinook mall in search of a special teddy bear for ours son. We hoped to have it embroidered however with how difficult it was no one was able. It was a long shot but I came to lids and meet Miranda the best of the best in my opinion. She knew it would be extremely hard but she did AMAZING. Keep in mind their embroider in designed for hats. I don't know how she did it but the results are spectacular. I highly recommend going to seen Miranda at Lids in Chinook Mall shes also a expert with hats.
found a couple lids i wanted. Good savings with a membership. The guy working this day was very friendly and helpful.

Good selection if you’re a hockey or NFL fan. If you’re looking for any non sports brand the selection is smaller.
God this hat store is spacious to shop amongst people shopping at same time. Great layout. Excellent staff service
