In a word, remarkable. The team at LD&A exceeded all of my expectations, which, were very high to begin with, and this team completed a massive entire home renovation on time and on budget and with zero complications. I doubt many people who have hired a renovation company can say that. Every member from the designers to the tradesmen to the construction manager to the project manager were all highly professional and highly skilled. LD&A accommodated a few last-minute design changes and truly created a space that works well for me and my family. I would and do highly recommend LD&A for all renovation projects big and small. LD&A has been in the business for a long-time and this experience and client first approach shows but don't take my word for it, call them and see for yourself.

We recently used LD&A to renovate the bathrooms (4) in our home as well as complete some renovations in our basement. We could not be happier with the results!! We were most impressed with their communication and attention to detail throughout the entire process. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and considerate. One of the reasons we chose LD&A was because they have their own in-house millwork expertise. The workmanship was flawless. We were always kept appraised of any issues that were encountered along the way and if things had to deviate from the original budget these items were addressed promptly. They demand the highest level of satisfaction in the work done and tasks are not considered complete until both they and the client are satisfied. We would 100% recommend LD&A to first-time renovators. Our project was fairly daunting and LD&A provided the design, construction and finishing expertise that we needed to produce the main floor of our dreams! With all services in-house, it was comforting to know that we weren't going to get a plan that couldn't be executed. Most important to us was that LD&A was a partner in the project and was extremely supportive of us chipping in where we could to save costs. 10/10 experience.
We would like to Thank and extend our Appreciation to the entire Team at LD&A for the work they completed on our house in July 2020. We were in the process of a small renovation when we discovered water infiltration and structural damage to the exterior walls due to failure of the windows. We had met Neil Bailey and Brad at Cossins Windows at the Calgary Home Show and when we called they both found time in their already loaded schedules to be able to take on our project. Tyler and Daryl were great to work with and even though the project was on a tight timeline and ultimately expanded in scope, they delivered on their commitments and we could not be more pleased with the end result. Kudos to LD&A and to Cossins Windows for making what could have been a very trying circumstance a relatively stress free and highly professional and well managed project that exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to use them again.
