Lately puts in the effort to be constantly evolving their cocktail menu and food to be up with the latest trends. And speaking of trendy, they added a selfie room! Go check it out. Great place for drinks out with the girls.
Came to Lately after eating at chakalaka and the drinks at Lately are so innovative. The bar tender at lately is so creative and I asked for a surprise drink everytime and they were SCRUMPTIOUS every single time. I love the atmosphere and the vibes are jus so amazing. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking for a good time
We went in for a few drinks this last weekend. Sat at the bar and tried a few drinks and snacks from the guy bar tender - Nice guy! Food was great. Drinks were even better. Tried 2 drinks in 2 different bird glasses. Definitely a place to check out for the gram :)
Went during the opening week and fell in love with the place. Super chill vibe, amazing background music, not too loud so you can still have conversations with your friends or date. Loved the neon sign and overall decor of the place is very Instagramable. Food was to die for, your typical bar food but taken to the next level, specially the meatballs and burgers. Deserts: I don’t even have words to describe how good they are; the cheesecake melts in your mouth, great crumbs/cheesecake ratio and the berry sauce compliment it to perfection. I tried the Tacos on their taco Tuesday night, they’re are amazing, comparable to all the places around that also have taco Tuesdays in terms of size, flavor wise were so much better plus guacamole was on point.
Booked a reservation for 6. The place was almost empty and at 7:45 we were asked to be moved so another reservation could take over our table. The service was horrible the entire time and our party of 3 was very uncomfortable in this establishment. Would not recommend.
Me and my boyfriend went there tonight with a friend. We waited half hour and no one came aroud so finally called a waitress to take our order. It took them another half hour to bring our drinks. The water and drink glasses were NOT clean. Lots of stains. Hopefully we don't get covid! Terrible service. Will not go back.
We went for their very first Brunch on Canada Day, and we had a ton of fun! The place is so beautifully decorated. The drinks were fair priced. Since it was a test run the menu was on the smaller side, however what we ordered (cheese plate for the table and a parfait) was very good.
