I really hope this experience warns people to not trust Tamara of Laser's Edge. She is currently working at Curious Salon in Northland Mall (maybe other places too). I paid for a package of 3 treatments and I have been waiting MONTHS for the third and final treatment. It was a challenge to get in the second treatment. She left her location at Edges Salon and didn't even inform me. NEVER responded to any of my messages; I was completely ignored. What is the most disrespectful is that I have been in the salon twice and stood up. The first time she said the machine to provide the facial wasn't available. The second time I went to the salon and she phoned in to say she couldn't make it because again the machine wasn't available. I have exhausted myself trying to phone her to make this appointment and no response. Finally, after a year of my first treatment I phoned and left a message for her telling her that I feel so disrespected. I stated that the professional thing to do would be to return my money for one treatment (245.00) and to actually phone me back. Well, surprise! she hasn't phoned. The staff at Curious salon are awesome and are not affiliated with her. She is an independent company who just happens to work there. They are sorry for my situation and have stated that Tamara and her work-partner Veronica seem so nice personally but seem all over the map and disorganized. It is true. I hope I see my money back. It will be tough. But, please be careful with this person. Don't buy special packages; once she has your money it's a challenge you will ever hear from her again. Very unprofessional for sure.
