Had them drop off a tub from an order from wayfair. I had to make some adjustments to the delivery. I called many times and was eventually put to voicemail. I finally got ahold of someone who was a younger female who was simply amazing. She took all my details and was polite and helpful. The delivery went well, they even called me to give me an update on delivery time. 4 stars because they did not have enough staff to answer the phone. Other wise was happy with the service.

Ordered a bunk bed from Costco and Kore logistics contacted me to set up a delivery date. Date was chosen and there were a few quick questions they needed answered, one of which was where in the home the boxes were to be delivered. Since it was an option, I chose to have them bring it directly up to the room in our home where the bed was to go. I also got a text message notification saying that I’d be sent a message the business day before delivery to confirm a 4 hour window in which I could expect delivery. Day of delivery rolls around and I never did receive a message giving me a 4 hour window. I waited around most of the morning but had to run out quickly to grab a few things from the grocery store and low and behold, I get a text message while at the store saying the delivery drivers would be at my house in 30 minutes. Super. Thanks for the notice. Upon delivery, the delivery guy asked if I’d prefer it be left in the garage or on the front step. I said it was supposed to have been brought upstairs and he said “no, threshold delivery only.” I’m irritated to say the least. If I had known they wouldn’t be bringing it up I would have arranged to have somebody here to help me as I’m a 5’3” woman. 100% disappointed and if I had a choice I’d never use this delivery company again.
Ordered bed frame from Costco, Kore Logistics delivered the one correct box containing the right headboard to me. Received another customer’s platform. Called to let them know immediately. Assured it would be rectified same day. Three days later still no updates. I’ve called in a couple more times to check on status, but keep getting empty promises of a call back and resolution. Worst shipping company I have ever dealt with.

Brutal service, ordered a tabletop game from Wayfair , comes all the way from Brooklyn New York, gets to Calgary on February 25 (I live near Calgary)...free delivery, Kore calls me February 27 and delivery won’t be until Match 10, delivery originally scheduled between March 2-5. Be aware when ordering and Kore is delivery service. Unacceptable that it sits in a warehouse in Calgary for 2 weeks!!
