My son has been attending here for about a month now. In that time I've seen great progress in his language skills and his social development with other kids around his age. He loves it too, he runs in every time I drop him off. It is comforting as a parent to see the huge smile on his face when the staff open the door and call to him. And the staff, they are amazing. They are always so friendly and say hello when we show up and bye when we leave. I feel at ease knowing my son is under their care while we are at work.

After trying out a few different childcare arrangements, we landed on KidsU... and we only wish we had found it sooner. We find their programs (preschool, kindergarten, before and after care) to be well-organized and well-run. The communication with parents is exceptional - via email, parent portal, virtual townhalls and of course, in person. Above all, we appreciate the teachers and staff at Braeside and how much they care for our kiddos! I would recommend this program to other young families looking for a top-notch childcare and early childhood education program.
We are very pleased with the care our daughter receives at KidsU Braeside. The company was very prompt with a response to our requests for a (online) tour without being pushy. Our daughter was able to get in quickly and the transition was very smooth. The program supervisor stayed in touch over the first few days of care to help ease my concerns over how our daughter was doing and she was very kind and normalized my worries. All the teachers there greet our daughter by name (regardless of what age group/classroom they work with) and our daughter arrives and leaves happy which says it all. We would highly recommend KidsU to others.
I am doing my last practicum in Kids U Baerside location, I’m so happy. The team is amazing, my mentor is super helpful and the supervisor too. What I liked most about the place is the cleanliness and the organization. The variety of resources that is provided to the children keeps them engaged and happy all day.
do NOT recommend Kids U to anybody! Unprofessional! Horrible leadership! We’ve been asking for our money back for months due to the campus closure with no success. KidsU is really good at collecting thousands of dollars every month from all parents but when it’s time to give back, they are pretending they had a COVID 19 policy in place where refund is against their company policy! After months of unanswered emails and follow-ups, we went up the ladder, up to the CEO-Anil Karim and the CFO-Faisal Alimohd with again no success on getting an answer! Finally, only Richard Li answered with a short and simple “cannot refund as per company policy”. They simply don’t care and don’t even respond to any arguments we had! They took our money and that’s it! All the values that they are promoting publicly about respect, honesty… this is all fake! We are regretting deeply to have put our 2 kids into this company for 2 years where the service was nothing close to incredible (except 2-3 teachers).
I have been working as a lead Reggio Emilia right brain teacher here at braeside for 2 years. I have learned and experienced so much working here. The teachers and PS (admin) staff are dedicated and hard working, always putting the children and families first!! I have really enjoyed and will continue to enjoy working here! Go Braeside!
Kids U Braeside is an exceptional preschool and child care facility. The teachers are compassionate, dedicated, caring and so amazing! The staff are very organized and committed to creating a safe environment for kids to grow and develop. We have been with Kids U Braeside since April 2016. Our oldest son graduated last year and is very successful in KG because of the great education he received at Kids U. Our youngest is still at Braeside and he loves it and always excited to go to school. Over the years, we have seen so much growth in our children in terms of confidence, social skills, educational learning, fine and gross motor skills, and organizational skills. Kids U Braeside very well exceeds expectations!
It's a great place! My daughter was very happy there. They have their own chef and the left brain right brain learning system is really good. Clean, organized and safe. Would highly recommend!
