An amazing thing happened to me today. I learned I needed 4 new tires and I had another customer offer to help pay 500 towards my bill because of my current situation. Kal Tire came back to me after hearing what she wanted to do and offered me employee pricing on new tires. I couldn't be more thankful for the kindness I received from both a complete stranger and from Kal Tire! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I definitely recommend them!!

I would like to thank them for keeping our lug nut key. When their patch failed one week after the repair, it was nice to discover that we had no way to take our blown out tire off and replace our tire, especially since we were in the middle of nowhere with no cell service. On a positive side we met some nice people who were having a birthday party in the woods and one of their guests happened to have the same lug nut key. And we got free cake.
