Can I award 7 stars?! I am a former software engineer but after 20 years of a non-tech career I returned to programming and needed Windows10. I haven't used Microsoft or related hardware in decades (I'm still familiar but very rusty), so I went to Joe at JRM for his advice. The refurbished system he put together for my [extremely niche] computing needs exceeded my expectations, yet only cost 33% what I would have paid if I had bought a new system online or from a big box. Ongoing support and a one year warranty? You can't go wrong with Joe or supporting this local business! Call Joe up. Tell him (1) what kind of work you need your computer for, (2) what your budget is (I told him \u003c1,000) and (3) let him work his magic. You won't be disappointed!

I needed to buy a desktop computer as that’s my preference to run photo editing software, and do basic computer tasks. I shopped all major retail stores including memory express, Amazon, and a few independent suppliers. I came across Joe at JRM, and provided information in what my purpose for a desktop would be. He had a unit that was 300. As I compared prices I noticed to my knowledge there were cheaper options at memory express and Amazon, their hard drives were bigger and on paper felt like a better buy. I showed Joe these other units for sale. He explained he can sell me those units as well for a little less, however the computer he had picked out for me was built with quality parts, correct configurations and performance to meet my needs. Talking to Joe, and listening to his advice in why the computer he suggested was a better option made sense. I purchased JRM’s unit, the performance is smooth and fast, Photoshop loads up quick and feel no lagging. This unit is equivalent to what major retailers would sell for 600. Customer service, communication, advice and any computer support I need is definitely a big help when dealing with Joe.
