I had a wonderful experience here today! I came in to inquire about having them stitch my company logo onto a jacket I purchased at the Bay, and Victoria was more than helpful! She "broke down" all the variables that would apply in accordance with providing a formidable "stitch", and what/why/how the material being handled would be affected. It was nothing short of impressive! If that was not enough, while I was there, I had also asked about particular Jersey attire, and how I can modify them to what I had in mind. Without hesitation or a blink of an eye, she provided me with Prices, Time frames, and which options I had, that I was completely unaware of. In my line of work, we are required to be precise with time frames, be cost effective, up front, and as accurate as possible. Without a doubt, today I was nearly blind-sided by the outstanding service, that Victoria provided, and will not only return for further merchandise, but will be using this branch, for the attire and apparel, that me and my employees will be needing. Have shopped here for years, and it's slowly gotten worse, to the point I'd rather shop elsewhere. They were good about the return that I had to make, and the staff were quite friendly. They had lots of stock of hats, and NFL/NHL gear. On the downside, they no longer do store transfers. With the limited selection for some items, this used to be a huge benefit of shopping with them. Really does you no good if no one in town has what you're looking for, and their website doesn't do ship to store or free shipping either. Lastly, they had boxing day promos still on through the weekend which is great, including a deal on hats. The problem is, you could clearly see that they had stickered hats with a higher price. They won't price match competitors either, so honestly, take your business elsewhere until they price competitively.
Love this store! Service was great and I found some really good deals on baseball jerseys. Never know what deal or merchandise you can find here.

I am so disappointed in this place, year after year I try and buy a. Blue Bombers hat from this place. And every year they say it’s not a popular sellable item. REALLY? I hear everyone from Manitoba complain about this issue here. I call BS, Get with the program, supply it They won the Grey Cup this year.... and you have no Grey Cup gear... IT WAS WON HERE... #boycottjerseycity
