At Jerome’s Appliance Gallery you will find our professional sales team to be friendly and expertly trained in luxury appliances. Our Bistro features 11 live appliances for a “hands on” experience before purchasing your appliances. We always have a fresh pot of coffee on and some home made treats for you to enjoy. We are proud to be home to Calgary’s one and only “Living Kitchen” by Subzero and Wolf. It features over 50 full size Wolf and Subzero appliances beautifully displayed in all their many applications. Be sure to check out our Miele Design Gallery, which showcases all the latest and best products by Miele; like the built in Coffee System and the Steam Oven. We carry high-end appliances from all over the world; Italy, France, Germany, Sweden and England, just to name a few. Some of our other full line brands such as Jenn-Air, GE Monogram and DCS are also featured in kitchen settings allowing you to see appliances properly displayed and installed; giving you some great ideas for your own home. Jerome’s has recently expanded to add an on-site warehouse next door to our store location making our total showroom and warehouse space almost 12,000 square feet. We are so happy with our Fisher-Paykel Refrigerator and Induction Range and Asko dishwasher from Jerome’s. From the guidance and patience of Randy answering our many questions and concerns (it had been 25 years since we bought kitchen appliances so we had a few haha) to the delivery crew and installation team of Ryan and Brent, everyone worked hard to get us looked after. I recently renovated my kitchen and went to Jerome's and I learned so much from Mark, he was very smart not pushy to make a sale. When they delivered with full PPE on and as well removed my old fridge ,stove and microwave. They went above any beyond. Definitely will be recommending to my friend she Is a interior decorator. We had been looking for a new set for a couple months then attended a accessibility seminar at Jerome's and met Mark who was very knowledgeable about the different sets available. They ended up having the best price with a 4 year warranty as well as delivery and removing our old washer & dryer. Very pleased we went with picked them to purchase from.

Great store, amazing staff , but i was surprised to see not only one but two pregnant ladies who seemed to be working in the store during the covid pandemic. No complaints about how the store was laid out but obliviously this employer is not concerned for their staff. Hopefully my next visit is better.

Was greeted promptly however the lack of customer service shows here. Seems to be a family run business focused on profit not customer service like i was told by a friend who shopped there. I know times are tough with COVID but focusing on numbers and delivery i felt better shopping at trail. WILL NOT RETURN. Female managers were rude and condescending.

This is a the complete customer service experience - lunches, demos and even events where you get to see first hand how remarkable these products are.
