JAPCO was excellent with the information they provided over the phone as well as the technician, Andrew, who came out to our home. Andrew advised us that no treatment was actually needed as we did not have an ant problem like we thought we did. We really appreciated his honesty and knowledge. We would definitely use JAPCO again and trust their professionalism and integrity.

I called because of their great reviews on here. The lady on the phone was extremely helpful at explaining the process & answering my 10,000 questions. They are coming out tomorrow (30 hr wait) so I will further update my review after that !
I have lived in my house in Woodlands over 43 years, until last 5 years I did not have problems with mice. In the past 5 years I hired 4 different pest control companies about 3 or more times a year to control the mice in my basement. some of these companies charged me much more ( 50 or more )then JAPCO did, however all these companies did was, filling up the feeding stations for mice with more poison when each time I hired them. One of these companies charged me 50 ( each ) for additional outside feeding stations around my house, which I end up having 4 of them which made no difference for the mice infestation in my house. Finally at the end of this April, I hired the 5th Pest Control company JAPCO to help me with this problem! Not only JAPCO technician Kevin help me getting rid of the mice in my house, starting April 27th, 2020, he worked with me to clean my house of these pests by the first week of July 2020. He went trough all the possible ways the mice came in to my house so that I can repair and close all the entries for these very filthy rodents. He visited me every 2 weeks to see the progress. It was a challenging work with very successful results. Kudos to JAPCO for getting rid of these pests from my house instead providing them with feeding stations filled with poison for every visit for the fraction of the money I paid to the last 4 pest control companies I hired. Thank you for the job well done!
We were beyond thrilled with Dean who installed the netting for us. He is so attentive to details, professional, and above all such a pleasant gentleman. Dean is a good asset to JAPCO, and will highly recommend!
