My product was delivered in the morning and I had a missed call on my phone. After 2 hours I was just going through my emails casually and learnt that it was already delivered!! I mean the item was outside my house for 2 hours!! Fortunately it was not stolen. I wish they had called me again, text me or rang the bell !! Moreover our family is quarantine and we are not going outside. If I had not seen the email on my cell phone god knows how long it would stay there at my doorsteps!! Also weather was bad and it’s raining!!

Now my package is stolen or lost. They must ask for a signature upon delivery. They say they can leave a package in a safe location but the delivery man just left my package on public mail boxes which many people go in and out. I really don't think this location is safe!!
Better than Purolator and other courier services who do not even bother to call you to find address or to inform you that they are there at your door steps. Intelcom guys always make delivery on time and take time to call or text in case they need help finding your address.
My delivery was supposed to be today Sunday Feb 7, 21. I received an email stating attempted delivery, no one there, did not want to leave package unattended. This is a pure lie, you never showed up!!! Please don't reply apologizing as I know you don't mean it. Shame on you!! Additionally, I received a reply to my review asking for feedback which I did. Did I hear back? You guessed it.
I have generally had good experience with deliveries, although some drivers put better effort into leaving the package discreetly vs others who leave it right at the door in full view. Some ring/knock, others do not. I do appreciate the updates as to where you are in relation to the driver's deliveries, to be able to watch for it. Gentleman I had this evening was very friendly and courteous, rang the bell, and made it through the big snow drifts in our side street.
This Calgary based courier has started to toss my packages in the snow bank by my signpost. Driveway is only 30ft long and it was free and clear of snow, I had shoved it. This was the second time in two days; previous package was buried under 12" snow and discovered it by accident. Must be able to rush through a lot more deliveries, if you just leave them in the ditch. Wise up Intelcom. Follow up: Contacted you as requested below. NO response. Empty promise. Second Follow up. Recent delivery by Ramandeep INTLCMB150781675 dropped in the ditch again. This time the wind blew it away. Calgary drivers have learned to cheat the system and cut corners.
I have had 2 deliveries in as many days thru Intelcom and both were timely and without internal damage. One box had the corner torn, but the contents where not affected. Good job.
Have been having speedy deliveries done and no complaints so far.
