Terrible! Took our honda to have a fender repaired. I was immediately asked for a deductible that was previously waved by our adjuster. I explained that it had been waved but was aggressively pursued to pay it. As I declined to do so I could see the team leader signalling to the person I was dealing with to basically surrender his pursuit of collecting the deductible due the fact I was sternly refusing to pay it. This indicates that they are clearly dishonest and out to get as much money as possible regardless of prior agreements. While this was taking place I was told my adjuster is “out of office” which was clearly a lie because then suddenly and magically my adjuster had emailed them indicating the deductible was waved. They clearly fabricated this die the fact that the interaction had become a heated argument. Additionally, when we came to pick the car up our skid plate had been dislodged and was scraping the asphalt. They took absolutely no fault for this and we are now out of pocket due to their incompetence. We are changing insurance providers. Intact is garbage!

I was so blown away by the excellent experience I had here. I was impressed by the receptionist who stood, made eye contact and smiled to welcome me in. I loved how easy it was to drop my car off for repairs. The entire team did a great job of taking care of me and making the process smooth and comfortable.
