Very unprofessional service. Phoned Thursday and talked to a broker who was very helpful, gave me the insurance price and payment schedule. Arranged that I would come in the following Saturday to pick up my pink card and sign the agreement. Visited on the Saturday and the broker I spoke too gave me a more expensive price, couldn’t give a valid reason why it has changed in two days, and then after all that, told me monthly payments weren’t available. I’d driven for an hour from the south to the store only to be given a completely different policy. As id lost faith in the broker by now, I declined the insurance and left. What a waste of two hours. Avoid this brokerage at all costs.
