Horrible trademenship, they even put the hot water tank over my extension cord crushing it. And the paper on the gas line was to stop the vibration in our floor after install. Good work no?

This is a really good group of people with responsive managers and skilled technicians. I have both an old furnace and a new furnace. They have done a great job of taking care of both. I trust them to provide top quality service and reasonable billing. There is no one else I would call to manage my plumbing and heating needs.

I recently had to replace my hot water tank, which inconveniently stopped working during a severe cold snap. I called several different places for quotes and was disappointed in the responsiveness. Then I was referred to Instant Plumber. They responded quickly to my message and provided a reasonable quote. Despite how busy they were dealing with furnace problems around the city, they worked with my schedule to get the hot water tank replaced that same week. The two employees who did the work were courteous and professional. Despite some issues, including the inability to drain the old tank due to buildup, they still managed to get the job done quickly. The billing process was incredibly easy as it came by email and I was able pay by e-transfer. The bill match the quote, no hidden charges. I do not hesitate to recommend Instant Plumbing. If the need arises, I will use their services again.
