Way overpriced,. Got estimated at 42 for a imprint 33 inch. On pickup was 60, taxed twice. The stuff was polite, therefore I did not give her a hard time. I will not recommend this place. 30 March 2021 This is the copy of the invoice, and let me give you a \RUN-DOWN\ !!! Page one........quantity, price, total, TAX. Page two......setup, subtotal, sales TAX, total. After my \RUN-DOWN\ how many times is tax listed? Don't take my word, look at the pictures. I was willing to let go, but if you insult me with another response as the previous, I promise to come back to the shop.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered shirts, hats and stickers - there was an issue with the hats and they have been \working\ on a solution sine JUNE - it is now December!!! I have called multiple times, sent many emails, even went into the store to talk to Don, 20 minutes later he didn't come out to even chat. Please go elsewhere where customer service exists. Especially during times like this.
Hannah is a lifesaver! Her skills as a designer amaze me all the time. She’s also personable, competent, and fast. I'll definitely be going back for future work as long as she’s there.
I would like to echo the previous comment, I wish I could give this business a zero star rating as well. We brought in our merchandise to get embroidered at the start of August and we are still yet to see them completed. They ruined one of the items that we dropped off which forced us to purchase another off of Amazon and wait for that item to get shipped and be brought back into their store (all at our own expense) to get embroidered. Don didn't offer to provide a solution to this when it happened even though we were under a tight timeline and they left our order till the last minute. It is now the middle of December and we still don't have the merchandise we dropped off. I don't know how a business could have such disregard for their customers and be so unresponsive when trying to get things finalized. Can anyone suggest a good embroidery company?
