This company is a complete scam. Not only does Shawna take your money and not deliver on her services she is extremely rude and unprofessional. She makes promises and doesn't follow through. I had a consultation and made the deposit and never got booked for my photo shoot. No money back. When I called she yelled at me and sounded like she was either drunk or high on drugs.

Unprofessional and rude from the beginning. Repeatedly cancelled on me, could never get any responses and was constantly ignored. Even after my cancelled photo shoot I got emails saying how great of a job I did and I really opened up and how beautiful my photos turned out. Then when I wanted to cancel my shoot all together Shawna wouldn’t even discuss a possible refund or come to any kind of compromise. Don’t waste your time or money.
From the first moment we met Shawna we knew that we had found the right photographer for us. Shawna and her team were always there to offer support, insights, and sometimes just a good laugh. The entire team handled themselves extremely professionally yet were 100% approachable and always open to any thoughts that we had. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Shawna and Infinite Images for your event.
I was quite excited to get this photo shoot for my girlfriends birthday. She has high Anxiety but has talked about doing boudoir. Shawna had called her and talked with her, she was rude and uninformative. Shawna then cancelled 2 scheduled appointments, she ignored our phone calls, text messages and emails for weeks. We requested a refund because no work was ever done, but she does not do refunds. Her customer service is terrible.
