From the first phone call of inquiry, to the final contact at pick-up of (100%) recovered data....the staff at iCube were professional in their procedures, clear in their communication, quick to address the matter, knowledgeable on all things data, and pleasant (thanks Kaylee!). I was appraised of the progress in my work order at every step and incredibly surprised at speed of service (my issues were resolved in less than half a day). We are extremely grateful that we were referred to iCube Development to assist us in the retrieval of lost information from our external drive and old CPU that we could not access any information from. They were very professional, retrieved 100% of our information and turn around time was was within a day or two at the most. They were in constant contact with us via emails to let us know what stage there were at with the recovery and there were no hidden fees. I have been letting people now if they ever need data recovered to first go to iCube as we tried others in past years with no success and threw out the CPU's. I wished we had known about iCube then as I would likely have those lost memorable photos.

When you experience a computer failure which causes you to lose all of your data it can be a traumatic experience. Fortunately for me, I contacted [i]CUBE DEVELOPMENT and they were able to quickly retrieve almost all of the data lost when my hard drive failed (and, my backup external drive failed). They promised 99% and I haven't been able to find anything missing, so it appears that for me it was 99 1 or 100% recovery. They were courteous and quicker than promised, and I'm back up and running.

We brought in a harddrive which ended up having mechanical failure, and physical damage, which means the chances of data recovery were very low. It was devastating as we had many of our childrens early pictures. We thought all was lost, and we werent able to afford the cost to attempt it. But one of the Technicians was able to pull at least a few photos off, no charge. It shows heart and compassion, and great skills. all the things you want from a company. im impressed

We had an external hard drive crash, which contained many pictures of our daughter who had recently passed away at 6 yrs of age. iCube was able to recover 100% of the data on our hard drive. They completed our request quickly and kept us informed on the process every step of the way. Given the circumstances, they even offered us compassionate pricing (without us requesting it). Even if we paid the full charges on the quoted cost, the amount was still significantly less than several large chains were quoting us (such as BestBuy). These people are awesome at what they do, are quick with the process, offer superior value, and are personable and compassionate individuals who clearly care about their customers as people and not just as profit. Definitely 5 stars! Thank you so much for helping us retrieve our precious memories, we are forever grateful!
