Great idea! Original owners and managers did an excellent job of opening and establishing brand...Day staff does their job well. However, if you need to buy drugs or get in a fight at night. Then Hudson’s Shawnessy is the place to go... Good luck!

Natasha was very attentive and on the ball. She didn't rush us to make a decision on food or drink and supported our decisions when we did. She was super great! The food was really good and the drinks were well priced. If I didn't have to go to work later, we would've spent the entire day on the patio.
How much do i love this place? No matter where I live in the city this is the location I always go to. The food and staff are incredible. Yesterday was my first in restaurant eating experience since covid. I felt comfortable and safe and was able to relax and enjoy the superb steak sandwich and freckles.. and a couple beverages too! Price points were still reasonable. Definitely can't wait to go back again.

I stopped here for some food and a drink prior to going to a movie. The customer service was superb and seating was comfortable. The cocktails were mixed just perfectly which started off the experience right. We ordered the 1/2 off poutine happy hour special. The poutine was good but the food temperature was slightly warm which made it average. Not a bad choice for a drink and appetizer on the weekend.
My girlfriend and I came in on a busy Wednesday wing night and flames game. Maddie was our server and she was excellent. We were in a rush (though we didn’t tell her) and the experience from start to finish was perfect. We were in and out within less than an hour. It was a busy section too from what I could tell and we were throughly impressed. We will be back!
Outstanding business that supports the Local Veterans Food Bank of Calgary. Excellent staff and excellent service. Highly recommend people coming here!!
This place serves the best nachos ever!! Maddie an amazing server!! The manager is so friendly! They have great music and a wonderful atmosphere!! Gotta check’em out!!
