We stayed here 3 nights 4 days over valentines weekend. Even with the Covid measures the hotel is gorgeous and very accommodating. We had a newborn baby with us and had an amazing stay. I would suggest dining poolside to get the heat or at Yellow Door Bistro.

The hotel is beautiful and the pool facility was so comfortable and luxurious. However, our stay was made truly excellent thanks to the front desk staff. Throughout our stay the front desk staff went so above and beyond for us and they were so friendly and accommodating. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Had a great stay end of Feb 2021, had a dip in the pool which is outdoors in the summer but covered for winter and had an appetizer and a cocktail before supper. So many good restaurants to try close by but next time I think I'll the Yellow Door. Front staff was friendly and room service seemed to come quick. Really enjoyed the golf simulator, they have 2 bays with a Foresight Hawk and one with a GC Quad and the pro was helpful and you get service from the poolside lounge.
The Golf Studios are great, was a perfect place for my 12 year old son to practice without feeling any pressure or intimidation of a real course.
Really nice hotel when you walk in the lobby and see the pool and the restaurant. Stayed in a king bachelor suite. Very nice open big room. Asked about a couple things that would be available in the room before I got there. Was told there would be wine glasses in the room, but there wasn't. Area for concern was how dirty the bar area in the room was. The area was definitely not cleaned before my partner and I arrived as there was garbage on the floor by the fridge that wasn't ours. The cabinets attached to the bar were also covered in dirt and dust. Very concerning issue due to sanitation measures that should be taken with COVID-19.
The hotel is beautiful. As soon as you walk in - it is a gorgeous lobby, with a peak into the pool area and attached restaurant/bar. The room was one of the nicest hotel rooms I had ever stayed in - deep tub, a bar area, living room area and a balcony. I never visited the restaurant or ordered room service - but be aware that there is a 17% gratuity added automatically AND a 4 delivery fee for room service . It was a cold November day, but you would have never known because of their amazing covered pool area. An inflatable type roof covered the pool and patio. We spent a little time down there having a drink, and it felt like a much needed escape. Parking was included - which is perfect for a hotel downtown HOWEVER the access to the hotel from the parking garage did not allow you to maneuver a luggage cart from the parking garage. You have to unload all of your luggage our front of the hotel - and then go move your vehicle to the parking garage. I would have given the hotel 5 stars if it wasn’t for the parking situation mentioned above, and the fact that you can’t access the stairwells from the main floor. There were multiple times an entire airline crew was in the lobby using the elevators - and I would have liked to use the stairs to go up to my room but I had to wait in a group of people just to get up stairs. Minor set backs, otherwise a wonderful stay!
