Incredible! We bought our home in November with Homes By Us. It was an extremely fast turn around (put the offer in, sold our house and moved in to the new house all in less than a month). From the very first experience with Homes by Us we were blown away with the quality of service and care. Despite the extreme speed with which the entire process happened, they were extremely professional! From the realtor, to the owner, to the tradesman, to the sales people, every single person we’ve encountered was kind, helpful, respectful, honest and just overall excellent! Every question was promptly answered, every issue was addressed, they went out of their way to help us even when they didn’t have to! They made sure we were incredibly happy at every step of the way. This is not to mention the incredible craftmanship of our beautiful home. Every detail was thought through to make the home as functional and beautiful as it can be. Everywhere you look are added details and finishings that add to the quality of the home. Even since we’ve moved in they’ve continued to help us and take care of our family. After my I suffered a huge house fire, Homes By Us won the contract to rebuild my home. Their level of communication through the entire process was top notch and only exceeded by the quality of their work. After dealing with what was the most stressful and traumatic event I've ever had to live through, they made the process easy and stress free. They finished the work ahead of schedule and the end result far exceeded my expectations. Wow! What an incredible experience working with Homes By Us. We just took possession of our custom home and we are blown away. The final product far exceeded our expectations. We moved from Ontario last June. We had the pleasure to connect with the team at Homes By Us when we were looking for a home on a quick trip out over the weekend. We have truly been impressed with how they have taken care of us as a family. From helping with all the details from a distance to getting us in the home on time with little children. Any bumps along the way have been quickly addressed (all minor normal house settling things.). A thoughtful layout and great appliances etc have made this house easy to make a home.
