We had appointment with the interior designer last week, her name was Becky Lowe, I would really recommend to see her. She treated us so nice and very professional service and helped us choose some stuff. One of our best experience we had with homes by Avi staff. The only thing that I didn’t like that they don’t include quartz counter top as standard and also knock down ceiling in whole house we have to upgrade.

You'll be spending some time here if you purchased a Homes by Avi build. Pro tip: drop by during their open house hours 12-5 on a Saturday and price out all the upgrades you're thinking about. It add up quickly and you'll avoid the unpleasant surprise after you've set your budget. Spend some time on Pinterest before heading over there so you get some ideas. It'll really help guide you.
